One of the best things you can do for yourself is go to a GNC or something like that and get a multi-Vitamin supplement. I worked at a GNC for about 6 months to help out one of my friends that was managing one and that's the one thing that I learned while working there. Taking a multi-vitamin will help the resting period along and give your body all the nutrients that it gets deprived of when you're working out.
