Darn.I went to the site dozens of times in the past few days and the form where you can apply can not be opened.Darn.Dunno why.Think they are having some kind of problems with the server.Could be they are besieged by applications?Hm....I sent an e-mail to FAQ, and received an automaticly generated message saying they are in a jam at the moment...Hmmm...
Don"t suppose any of you american guys could do me a favour and try to access it from your computers??Maybe the problem is here in Europe...
