Dead on with Office Space. When Peter is doing w/e he pleases and "damn it feels good to be a gangster" is playing, it makes smile with glee. I'd add Clerks to that list also, as thats the greatest piece of art my eyes have ever witnessed...well, that and Pulp Fiction.

I always found Braveheart and The Patriot pretty inspirational too. Movies based on wars before we had automatic weapons and airplanes are typically great.
