If the notes in C Major = A minor
What is the equivalent to C Blues Scale?

Eb Major. The Relative minor to a Major scale comes from the 6th interval of the Major scale.
Example: Eb Major scale = Eb-F-G-Ab-Bb-C-D
The C Blues scale - C-Eb-F-Gb-G-Bb
The Gb is considered a passing tone and is noted as a b5 in the C Blues Scale.
