Hi all
If any of you use reason 3 as an added extra for recording and were wondering about the combinator device. I have found a useful tutorial that will help you. If you use a guitar synth connected to your pc and have reason 3 you can use this with it and use the combinator divice to create some extraordinary sounds for your axe.

click the link to see how it's done.

This should take you directly to the printer friendly page so you can print it out and save it for future use.

I also play keyboards so finding this link was very useful. I couple my keyboards using the roland um1 midi interface. If you have a guitar based midi controler and can get a um1 then this would be the best interface to use
but any USB midi interface will do just as well. To link this up use the preferences section to set up your midi then right click on the play/record buttons to set your triggers and you will be able to record straight to reason
and add extras like drum loops and use the drum machine with reason built in.

Hope you find the link useful.
