i'd heard a7x's new album long before playing guitar hero II, but only recently had i become interested in playing the song "beast and the harlot" after slamming through it today on gh. i first picked up the guitar tab for it just to figure out what the hell time sig. was in the beginning of the tune, but after figuring that out i just kindof started looking at more and more of the song, until whammo...i guess i could play the mo' fu*ka all the way through...even faithfully get that guitar solo down pretty accurately. i guess i could learn it note for note, but im wayyyy too lazy to do that.
come to think of it, guitar hero made me learn like, 6 solos from playing that thing...including the "bark at the moon" solo. i can honestly say that damn videogame has forced me to learn stuff.
anyone had the same urges while playing that game?
