I just realized that my Boss Micro BR recording thingamajig won't allow USB transfers to my computer, as it's a crummy Windows 98. *sad*
This won't effect your Greasy listening pleasure, as I can always put the songs from recorder to computer at Michael's place, but it does mean I won't get to show you the freaky little song I just made up and put together. *sad again*
Right now I'm searching for some driver I can download to make it work, but it's looking pretty bleak. *saddest of all*
I am le upset

Damn, so that's the definition of obsolete. All the more reason to upgrade!

You should get yourself a 20 or 40 gig hardrive and have a tech install Xp on it and transfer all the information over (unless you can do it yourself.)That sucks though, at least its not a Windows Me. :)

How much would a 20 or 40 gig hard drive cost me?

Personally... I would have sprung for the Korg PXR4.... loses the capabilities of the mp3 player but it's great for recroding. A buddy has one... very nice for the price.

Anywhere between $30-$100. I did a quick search through Best Buy and Microcenter's websites and I couldn't even find one smaller than a 60gig, but I know they have em. A lot of the 80 gig ones were only $60-$70, so a 20 or 40 gig will be much cheaper. Check out the sites of the stores you have up there and see what you can find, check e-bay as well. Even if it takes a few weeks of saving up, it'll be well worth it.

That's technology for you :(. Don't worry man, there's usually a way around this sort of thing. I say go to Michael's house and post the songs you can, and show us the new tune sometime in the future.

Just upload the new song at my house too. Dip.
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.
