Well no, but the way that Soupy did it was illegal. He hosted a childrens show. One day he said, "Boys and girls, I want you to go to Mommy or Daddy's wallet, get a dollar out and mail it to Uncle Soupy..." I think he was fired for it.

Unlax my friend, it was a lousy attempt at an even more lousy joke. Happy Birthday. And if you supply me with your address, I'll mail you a dollar. It'll be in pennies though... :D
