Sorry. It's an 'advanced' technique allowing you the ability to time travel. You can go anyway you wish. (my nonsense, my rules!) I could go sideways in time if I wanted to but then I would be sitting here next to myself and quite frankly, I find myself no fun to hang out with. :D
