Ok I just picked up Sonar after my old Cakewalk recording software couldn't use Amplitube as a plugin. Ok I ran into a problem I can't seem to fix.

I get no output when trying to record.

My input is fine the audio track meter shows green but there is no action on the effects meter or the master meter. I tried re routing the out put from the audio track but everything I've tried hasn't helped. I can get it to work if I put the echo audio button active but that is quite impractiical. I noticed in the Amplitube VST window that the input meter and output meter both don't show anything so I thought that must be the problem but even if I try recording dry I get nothing. After I record for a sec without any sound. I can hear the playback I just want sound while I'm recording dammit. :o

So what did I miss?
