Vintage guitar repair

I'm looking for a recomendation of repairing a vintage guitar or keep it like it is right now.What is your recomendation?

Wellllllllllllllll what exactly is wrong with it... that's kind of an important detail... Generally the rule about vintage guitars is leave it as it is as long as it's in playing condition.
