i have seen them new for $700 ....and i have seen them used at guitar center for $750{the cheaper passive pup version}
it actually plays better than i thought when i first tried it. <<<[i did not have a strap or a place to sit outside in the snow under a hatch of an explorer :rolleyes: ] the frets are huge but actually the neck feels rather good now that i have a strap and all. the accoustic sound is incredible, i swear the volume is almost as loud as some real accoustics!!....i can't wait to put some passive pups in it.

I almost wouldn't call that a G.A.S. attack... That's just a solid investment!!! No one in their right mind can pass up that kind of deal!!!

Nice axe man... I'm not fond of the big headstock that seems to be inspired by a Pre-CBS Fender headstock though.... haha. But yeah man, sweet axe indeed. The flamed maple top is gorgeous... And I bet the neck through body makes it sing!!!

Is one of the most ars kicking guitar I've seen... it just badass dude, freaking badass.

It's just me or this models are the last nice ones washburn did? the new models are awfull, but this one is just beauty with EMG's.
Power corrupts. Absolute power is kinda neat.

NO DON'T GET RID OF THE EMG'S The rolls royce of active pickups. Do you know how hard it is to get an axe with them fitted as standard. Nigh on impossible. MAN YOU GOT REAL LUCKY WITH THAT DEAL. Preserve the axe dude it is a stunner.

What about ESP? They make heaps of middle-price-range guitars with EMGs onboard, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah they do, Schecter does too I think, at least I have seen a couple with emgs. People should really look outside the Gibson/Fender box occasionally, a great guitar from most other companies is about half the price of a good Gibson.

Yeah that is a great deal though, what pickups are you gonna put in there? I was thinking about replacing my emgs with some Dimarzios as soon as I have any money.

I have a G.a.s. craving that I'm soon to feed, hopefully within 2 weeks.
