Yeah it does get complicated and I guess when I think about it, maybe it should be complicated. I do have the feeling that sometimes scientist tend to overcomplicate things. I do have a little knowledge in physics and math from high school and a semester of Astrophysics. Many of the equations and whatnot have been lost to time. All I have is a basic understanding of what they are trying to say. Most of what I learn now comes from reading (mostly Astronomy mag) and watching the Discovery Science channel. It looks like Relativity, String Theory, and the Big Bang theories can hold up on thier own, it's when you try to make them work together when everything breaks down. This is why they've added 7 dimensions and the parallel universes. To fill out the gaps between the theories. I think the combined theory behind all of theories that make the universe what it is is called "M Theory". Maybe some of you would be interested in looking it up. I also think that belief in God is just as viable a theory as any. It's just not for me I guess. :)
