Isn't that the truth...I resorted to doodling and zoning out during an Advanced Recording Techniques class I took in college due to the teacher. Despite the state of the art studio, that class was only cool when we did hands on set-up and tweaking...but those lectures were brutal.
I've only had limited experience with economics, and what little I gathered was on my own. They really should place more emphasis on it at the public school level. It's no wonder why Americans can't manage their own finances if they don't grasp some of the basic concepts of debt, taxes, inflation, business models, etc. I'm positive this has led to our own government not being held accountable for it's overspending as well.
