I'm guessing that's it. Although the "wealth" status is achieved before even reaching 2 squares worth. Perhaps there's a ___ is a guitar god status that's yet to be achieved, but I doubt it.
Actually I bet the message is different for someone who has negative rep, but if I've ever seen it I don't remember.
