Arrange with the tattoo guy beforehand to give you an 'inkless' tattoo. Then tell your girlfriend you're going to get her name tattoo'd on your arm in blood.
After it's done, you'll see the tattoo for a coupla weeks until the wound heals.
Meantime, the girl is so impressed with how much you were willing to sacrifice for her, you end up getting laid for the entire week.
Then ya dump her and move on to the next one. :D
