Thanks for the post on 'How to find the right amp'. When I bought the Marshall it was a long time ago and things were brutally basic :D

Fender or Martshall (maybe Vox) & solid state was definitely uncool. It's great how far things have come....but maddening in the choices available.

Re the JC 90. I will try it out tomorrow. I need one that is easy to carry and this one comes with WHEELS!! :eek: Bad sign? At 40w per speaker it might be overpowered for my meagre needs.

I tried the Marshall in the garage the other day. S***!! it's LOUD!!
