Sorry Zo, I can't agree that Alvin Lee fits into a "One hit Wonder" catagory. Maybe they were before your time. Ten Years After played Woodstock and have a huge following with songs like "Good Morning Little School Girl", "I'm Going Home", "I Woke Up This Morning" and "Choo Choo Mama" to name a few.

One band that comes to mind that had a great riff and couldn't reproduce anything to top it was "The Outfield" with some nice guitar work in "Your Love". Nothing else they tried touched it. One Hit Wonder.
