Start playing it slow, then play it a little faster when u can play it at that speed. A metronome would make doing that easier. And the best thing to do is practice practice practice.

Are you talking about where the chord pulls off or slides up?

What you want to do in both instances is do it in very slow motion. Don't even worry about picking it yet. Keep the vokume down. What your doing here is doing it so slow you can see the fingers moving in very slow motion doing exactly what they need to do.

Do this very smooth and very light. Relax. Your not going for sound yet. Just very smooth, accurate motion. I'm talking maybe 5 seconds to move to a chord, if needed.

Once you really understand the motion required to lift each finger, or slide, how it lands, which order, etc. then you can speed it up a little.

Do this until you can do the changes smooth. Break it down to 2 chords, then 3 etc. Then put the parts together.

Go slow. Like anything else that requires coordination, you gotta start slow.

And most importantly, when you are able to play it in some sort of beat (even a really, really slow one), you need to use a metronome. It's the only way you will be able to keep a steady beat; playing in time is one of, and some say the most important (drummers usually say this), thing you can do. Practice with a clean tone, slowly, with a metronome, and it will come eventually. You gotta put in the blood, sweat and tears first.
There are only two important things in life - There's music and theres girls, not necessarily in that order....
