Help!
I know it's just a hammer on pull off, but my trill is so slow that it seems as though my finger is trying to beat my guitar to death.Should I do the whole "Start slow and work up to speed method".

Yep but remember try to relax as much as possible you should only lightly hit the strings, as this will help with speed.. also if you have high action it will be more difficult.... you would be surprised at how little pressure is needed for this and simular techniques.. so keep the touch light and relaxed .. and yep start slow and gradulaly increase the speed ...

It's also important to make sure your hand is posotioned correctly on the neck. You want to mske sure to put the pad of your thumb flat on the back of the neck. If it's hung over the neck it's harder to trill. For begginers especially.
