Just signed up and yeah I'm an advanced beginner or newbie.
Still working out how this site works and have to say, it's very impressive, lots to do and loads of help on here.

Thanks Jeff, Thanks Hunter , I can see I'm going to be very busy checking out all the bits and peices on here, think my family is going to have to learn to fend for themselves for a while...LOL. :)
One bit of info I can pass on to everyone , something I wont do again is buy a guitar online, ended up with a lemon, but luckily it came with a warrenty and the company I bought it from is going to refund me the complete amount and postage.
So do yourselves a favour, go to a reputable music store where you can see, touch and play the instrument before you buy.
What may be an online bargin could leave you out of pocket. :o
