Hi Ian,

Just downloaded it....

On the playing - there's some nice stuff in there...
On the mix/mastering - I think you've got the guitar too loud in the mix. On my setup anyway I can't really hear the drums once the lead kicks in...

Sounded quite funky at the beginning though...

Congrats on your first demo dude.... :D

Horrible website, really makes things difficult for peoples to get your music. Try mp3unsigned.com or soundclick.com both have free accounts and are much easier for accessing music.

Re the music itself, great chops, a definite Vai influence in there, nice wah work and mix of fusion and shred. Some really great runs, as the man says "Funky!".
Great work, change the website and you will get more poepl listening!

Thanx 4 comments :)
2 ren - i hear all instruments well, i can load another version, which was mixed by my friend - there i hear only Drums))) - may be you're has same setup & will hear all mix good?)))
2 Superhuman thanx 4 your help)) i load it on soundclick(as you can see)

Steve Vai was my favourite guitarist for many years, now i feel his music a little bit colder(( But he is really guitar hero, & one of the greatest 4 me.
Now i prefer Greg Howe, Ritchie Kotzen & Al DiMeola...but everythings changes...

Sweet!! man I realy like this song and yep a Vai influence which aint a bad thing at all... some Zappa influence there too I think (in a modern context)some nice phraseing in there nice nuances with some of the quieter parts very very cool  overall great track very talented playing!!and sweet tone!! :D

Pleased to hear it Man! Thank you very much))!
When i wrote quieter part, i...i felt insane , it throws me in a shiver, you know, & few days after, i lived under effect

And what about influences...really i don't know :D Some people says that i play with Nuno Bettencourth influence, others says like Vai influence, friends, who playing professional, says that i plays in Kotzen, Vai, Becker, Nuno, May Lian(not so perfect certainly) style, it really influence me together...who knows, i want sounding different, while i still feel the Influences, and this is not bad i think :D
own style still will be, i hope... )))

as for Mix of this stuff...emm, it's so difficult to create backing track. alone, without any help...it's really hard for me...when i've been sitting & starting to do it, i could tell only yauch...a-a-a))

totally out there dude !
really good playing !

the backing tracks do seem to be a little low in the mix , at least from here .
soundclick isn't so good and sometimes changes the speed of the recording .
but the guitar , wow !

:)

as for backing tracks...eeeh really don't know(( i mixed&mastered it on my setup, & it's not a professional studio mix, of course if i could remix it in studio or take project to somebody, who can do it better, i'll do it instantly, but unfortunately i can't do it & haven't any suggestions of it...but on my setup it sounds well...
Thanx for reply's
