right click on the "my computer" icon on your desktop and then click on "manage". Then look on the left hand side and click on Event Viewer. From there look at the system log and see what kind of funky stuff is going on. Prolly should do it immediately after it crashes. Then just google whatever errors you're seeing. Should help you at least narrow the problem down.
