This is him (solo) in Stockholm doing acoustic songs. He's definitely lost some of his previous singing range, but he's still an incredible singer...one of the best. He also has a little rasp, but it just makes him sound bluesier. I found this link after hearing the cover of Billie Jean on the radio.

I think it was in a recent Guitar World magazine that Morello said Chris was releasing a solo CD that should be coming out before too long. He did the theme song for the new Bond movie and that turned out pretty good. But yea, he is a great singer.

i loved him and vedder singing in temple of the dog. all they needed was layne and it would have been perfect (but not sure how it would have worked, would have been interesting)

Cornell has great vocals. I'm a big fan of the Soundgarden material. :)

Yep, I'm real glad I was able to see them live shortly before they broke up. I miss that band.

Saw Soundgarden back in 94.... I still listen to em often great great band :cool:
