Ever since I got my CD burner I've had no problem burning CDs from stuff off my computer, other CDs, anything. No problems. All of a sudden now, I keep getting a message saying that it can't burn, and it tells me to check for scratches or try a different brand of CD. I know it isn't scratches because I tried about a dozen of the CDs. And it shouldn't be the brand, because up until now I've been burning CDs from the same STACK with no problems. Why it suddenly be preventing me from burning onto these CDs?
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.

What are you burning with? I had a similar thing, and I still can't get Nero to work... Might be the drivers...

But, I can use Roxio or the windows writer fine....

Can you burn a file onto a CD using the built in software?

I tried it using the burning software on Media Player, and using my CIS Record Now DX software, and I got basically the same message.
