So...I'm doing an example piece on the dangers of first impressions for writer's craft, and need tons of...well...examples.

I've been searching and observing, and am wondering what you guys all think, being from different places and cultures, i think it would really give the piece a boost.

Thanks in advance dudes and femmes.

IMO, First impressions will set the bar, but over time, the bar is gonna get moved.

I'm not sure I understand what you're looking for. Give me an example and I'll try to post something.

Ya, i wasn't clear at all, now that i look over it. :o

I've changed the topic of the piece to writing about how much saw 3 sucked uing examples from it.

What i was looking for was examples of when first impressions can be dangerous. Thanks anyways.

You mean like when a fifteen year old, white, middle class, protestant, female brings her 17 year old, tattooed, leather clad, pierced boyfriend home to meet the parents?

That would be an ugly scene eh?

I'd say treacherous and deceptive moreso than dangerous. Especially in writing.
