Blues Turnarounds
Always looking for new ways to spice up an ole 12 bar. Does anybody have any cool intros or turnarounds they'd like share w/the rest of us? If we keep all the examples in the same key (ohh lets say G)I think it would be less confusing.

Have you ever checked out http://www.truefire.com/ ? Lots of great licks there....Jazz, Country, Blues, Rock, Funk, etc. Check it out...audio and visual stuff there.

Truefire is a pretty cool site, I have an audio lesson on file there in conjunction with an article I had published in Guitar Player this past Feb., the two are affiliated. I think it cost money to become a member though????

Actually, the signup is free...you get 10 bucks free Truefire cash just for signing up. You can use that to purchase lessons....then you can buy more in the future...I highly recommend the CD compilation stuff...Best Blues Learning CD and Best Country Learning CD....amazing lessons on those!
