I just kinda did a remix of it. Pretty rough mix, I actually wanna redo the whole song again.

To be honest, I actually have to re-record the song cos I lost all the tracks on my PC, which needed to be formatted... haha, Lost everything besides a few tracks.... what bad luck...

Please comment...

I'd love to know....

listen over here!!!

Enjoy

Excellent! I really liked that. Just goes to prove that you don't need gobs of gain to get a nice fat and chunky rhythm tone.

That is an excellent song.
Really nice phrasing, good timing, and your technique is superb.
And yes, that tone is sweet.
Let us hear the whole song when you finish recording it.
Cheers!
Someday I`ll play like in my dreams.

Thanks guys...

I didn't quite expect such a quick reply.

Really? You reckon the tone's ok huh? I was a bit worried about comments on my tone, cos for me, I really think it sucks.

However, it is quite pleasing to hear it from you guys. It gives me much more confidence to actually record the song again.

PRS = Thanks for your comment, what I was aiming for with the rythm was a more kind of a vintage tone, rather than a crunchy heavy metal tone; even tho this is a kind of metal style song. I just wanted something different.

I'll definatley keep you guys posted with updates. Right now I'm in the middle of recording a fast-tempo Rock song. Will keep you updated!!!

Thanks for all your comments!!!

GUH. i was perfectly happy with the fact that my fingers where ice today and i coudlnt play..which was fine....until i listened to that damn song. i cant put down my guitar. i love it. the tone makes it pro-caliber, in my opinion. shredding is shredding, but your restraint in just kicking the amp sideways and soloing for 2 minutes is what makes it awesome. very satch-inspired. maybe just the approach, anyways.

Yep, everyone shares my thoughts on it regarding tone, phrasing, and shredding. I listened twice...a lot to appreciate there!

I like it! Great feel, tone is bwtween mr.Malmsteen & Vinnie Moore, perfect for neoclassic style...as for song, i think that it's simple a little bit, maybe something interesting in lost half ;)
by the way - i've just listen your Jam 2006, it's cool, better than neoclassic(imho)
good luck man :D

Wow man, good job! Your vibrato and bends sound just like Yngwie, which is a good thing! Great job, I look forward from hearing more of you!

Man dude, you definatly got awesome solo skills. What amp are you using, cause your tone is far better than Yngwie's.

Amp???

Well, I'm not using one hehehe....

Since I've been living in Thailand, I've been using a Line 6 POD 2.0 effects unit...

That's it.

Back home in Australia I use Marshall Amps. Here in Thailand used to have a Marshall but sold it already...

But yeah, I'm just using the POD going straight into the computer, and also I do a lot of EQ-ing in computer to sweeten up the sounds too.

If you wanna check out my POD click here

My tone is far better than Yngwie?? oooohhhhhh  ..... That's way too flattering. I just wish I could have such a unique sound as Malmsteen...

Yngwie's sound is 'FAR BEYOND THE SUN!!!'

And I am a huge, huge fan of him... So yeah, his sound has definately influenced me :D

Thanks for the comment... Appreciated ;)
