Basicly I play some chords and do some random picking. Just so i get the feeling. But I also know a few easy songs: Everybody hurts REM, Strangelove Depeche Mode, intro for Nothing Else Matters, Country Feedback REM...
Just browse some tab sites and you'll surely find some great songs that are not very hard to play.
