Looks like a Gretsch Synchromatic w/o the pickguard.

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!
It definitely looks very similar to that Gretch, but maybe a slightly different model. The headstock is shaped a little different, and the bridge is a bit different as well, but other than that, it looks pretty much like the same guitar without the pickguard.
