It sounds like its the keyboard that you mainly hear, I could be wrong. If I had to make an educated geuss it would be chorus and some reverb.

thank you elkladdercc, but you know what, it is mainly the guitar and i gues you are right it is a combination of chorus, reverb and some distortion

I would say it was done possibly with the neck pickup (either a low output humbucker, or a single coil) with the tone knob rolled down (possibly all th way), distortion (not too too much, but enough to make it sustain), a bright toned chorus, and some reverb. That should get you pretty close to the lead guitar tone that was at around 2:10 in the song.
