The State Fair

Yeah that's where i was this weekend. Had some fun, rode some rides, saw some tigers, ate some food, but most importantly heard some great music. These bands were really amazing. Here are a few to check out from the great state of New Mexico.

All in all I was very surprised at the depth of music talent here in my state. I had a great time and picked an awesome weekend to show up. How many of you guys go to a fair or something similar? I think they are good fun.

Mine was in town this summer, though I didnt go, 'cause they have the same stuff every year. Whatta bummer.... sigh

I recently went to the Michigan State Fair, Alice Cooper played but I didn't go that day. I did however ride a mechanical bull, that was awesome.

I did see something very disturbing... I'm not even sure if it's legal... it said world's smallest woman, showed a little lady in the palm of a hand, so I'm like this should be funny, and I went in, and it was a real person, they put a midget in a box, and had people pay a dollar to see her, I don't know, but that seems a little inhumane....

Hmm no midgets here. :(

I saw a midget at the Eagles game on Sunday. And theres one that lives in the next town over that rides his bike around sellin drugs. Cool guy though, he waves at everyone when you drive by, I'm nice and wave back.
