i bought this game guitar hero for ps2, and i must admit i was expectin to be reall good at it cos i play guitat only to find i was crap. i have got better i have almost completed it in expert but it is pretty fun. my friend who doesnt play guiyar at all is way way better than me, but hey maybe hes just a natural.

i think my weakness is tryin to work out wat to play in time, i see all these notes and go ahhhhhhhh wat to do ahhhhh.

its still real fun and i enjoy givin it to guitarests who expect to be good and watch their horror as they reaise they suck, at least at first. ahh well i think its fun although still harder than guitar, which is strange.....

Well, with guitar hero, its not the same as guitar. With the game, everything is visual and you have to hit the buttons or strum at exactly a certain point, while with guitar, you basically feel what to do when and you just do it. I've never played the game and don't think I would be intrested. If your friend ever brags about how he's better than you at the game, tell him "Yea you are, but I can do it for real though."
"During this line, the kid acted like he was pushing buttons on a calculator in the air. The kid played ******* air-calculator!"

I bought it the day it came out at Best Buy for me and my roomates to play when we're drunk.... I'm better than anyone of them at it mostly because I'm the only one that actually plays guitar... It also has more to do with hand/eye coordination too... But It's definitely easier to play Cowboys From Hell on a real guitar than it is to play it on expert on the game...

I can play some of the songs on Medium without looking at the screen except for a few parts here and there.... It took me a ridiculously short amount of time become bored with the game though... The next one hopefully will have some more options...

i played it at a walmart. I was surprised by how much i suck. it is way different than playing a real guitar and to me its harder. i don't think the guitar was as responsive as a real one. i'd press the key but it didn't register until a very short pause. so i said screw it.

same here. I played it at my friends house and I suck, but he doesn't play guitar and he's awesome. It is a pretty cool game though.

Rock stars ... is there anything they don't know?
