Akira - Sorry to hear about the hand, hope it gets better soon. That was a pretty damn good lead, though. I really liked the melodic stuff, and the shredding really brought out your Vai influence.

Nick - Very nice! I like that edgy, "fusion-y" ( :o) distortion you used; and correct me if I'm completely wrong (which I often am), but I thought I could hear a bit of a fusion influence in some of those hooks and lines you played. Some great lead ideas there.

Alucard - Shred-tastic! I loved those whammy licks at the beginning at the end. Nice vibrato, as well.

CW - That wasn't cheesy at all, it was very well-structured and tasteful. The harmonies sounded awesome, they really made the solo, and the pinch harmonics were cool too. Great take.
