I've always been a Bucker kinda guy. They've just always suited my playing style better tha singles. I've always loved how singles sound, but just never have been able to make them sound like I want when playing them with my own hands. That is, until now... I just got myself a new "upgraded" Fender MIM Tele, and let me tell you... this bad boy screams! The bridge pickup sounds alost as fat as a bucker, but it has a nice sharpness that really cuts, that you can't get out of bucker. The neck lipstick single is pretty darn good too. Middle position has one of the sweetest clean tones I've heard, and some nice quackyish overdriven tones. Overall, I have been blown away by this guitar. I've been playing everything from blues to chugga chug metal, and it hasn't slacked up one bit!

Like LATS said, it just depends on what type of tone you're going for. They're both fairly well suited for all styles. Just depends on the guitarist, and they're tone preferences
