Hey, do you guys know any good warming up techniques? I usually do chromatic stuff, go over modes, well, when Im playing electric. Any ideas?

anything that makes your fingers warmed up ;) move those fingers, patterns that require lot's of movement, lot's of stretching, but not overdo stretches, it's with everything that requires your muscles to move intensively
