Bending + Pull off practice

I could really use exercises for bending + pulling off I am pretty new to it so what are some good riffs i could practice to get better at it?

Try the "Hotel California" solo. particularly the first few bars.

Yeah, learning solos that use lots of bends and pull-offs is a good way to go about it. Also check out some solos by players like John Lee Hooker, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jimmy Page, Angus Young, and Jeff Baxter (with Steely Dan). They use them a lot for both textural expression and for speed.
You could also try the good old rote-learning approach, where you just put a finger on the first fret, hammer onto the second, bend and then pull off, and just repeat this ad nauseam on each string up the neck. It will build your finger strength, but it might develop some nasty habits in your bending and pull-off approach; also, it doesn't sound anywhere near as nice as a Joe Walsh or John Lee Hooker solo :D.

Now that I think about I can't really pull of at all. I was never really taught how and I dont think Im doing it right. Could anyone write up a quick tutorial on how to or link me to a good one?
