yep...all these theories, social history of ideas, social construction of the self, economics for the social sciences is driving me insane...tho sometimes i really do enjoy them but now i cant even sleep without dreaming of an idea and in my dream, thinking of practical ways in implementing it to practice in 'real' life...id give u some examples but you know dreams...i wud wake up like...'woohoo'...then when i start to actually wake up from my loss of brain coordination, i realise it never made any sense...weird...

I hated sociology at uni. It was the worst subject I ever took.
Actually, Drug Use In Society was pretty bad, but I only attended two classes all year. Still passed though. I think that tells you something about education these days.
i enjoyed parts of it when it comes to european history and stuff like that..cos i never grew up learning abt all this stuff..(woohoo karl marx)...but yeah...i guess sometimes theres just too much theory in my head and its been pretty full on for me...im doing a psych degree so i guess to some extent its good for me...still, sometimes too much philosophy is never good...i learnt more about the russian revolution and karl marx today which i found incredibly interesting...next week its freud..yippee!...all this stuff makes me think way too much i reckon......weird tho...well not saying that learning more abt history makes me think too much...but my other core subjects do...and my lecturer for social history of ideas just loooovess to give us food for thought...
