It actually could be pretty cool to see how people play this. I think I'll give it a go if I can figure out how to record it. As for the lyrics, I liked them. There's something good about the simpleness of them, and the last line of taking the dogs out for a run should be bad, but something about it's unexpectedness makes it interesting. The only thing I didn't like was "nice summer light". "Nice" is an adjective you should avoid at all costs when writing something, be it song, story, or postcard. When I have time (sometime next week) I'll see what the music sounds like, and maybe put up a cover. I would like to hear your version too, though.
