I dont think she is using standard tuning in the first Pink video. She just makes me want to explore alternate tunings...if only i had the courage. :(

yeah, its lap steel. no ebow, thats just how it sounds. a good looper pedal can be so fun.
im pretty sure she uses DADGAD, not sure. I know many percussive acoustic players use that tuning.
