Time based effects such as chorus, delay, flanger, reverb usually go behind the wah and distortion. Doing it the other way around cuts down on clarity quite a bit.(unless of course you're going for this kind of sound)
The order you put those time based effects should be in depends on whatever sound you're trying to achieve. In other words, experiment a little bit and see what works best.
