I would probably go something like this...

Guitar > Wah > Chorus > Phaser > Delay > Distortion > Amp

If you use a lot of delay in your effects... for soloing and such you can switch the delay and the distortion to get a cleaner distortion in your delay... Otherwise the distortion will also add some noise to your distortion...

The way that I suggest doing a pedal board is by grouping the pedals that go in certain postions... Start out with your guitar hooked to your wah... then try these combinations

Gtr > Wah > Chorus > Phaser > Amp
Gtr > Wah > Phaser > Chorus > Amp

See which one sounds best for you... then move onto the next combo

Gtr > Wah > {Chrs > Phsr} > Delay > Distortion > Amp
Gtr > Wah > {Chrs > Phsr} > Distortion > Delay > Amp

And see which one of those sounds best...
