Yes, it is not easy having a different taste from the masses.

I am often criticized as being crazy for likeing differnt kinds of music .. classical, jazz, pop ....all sorts. I think 'rock' people in general are more open to differnt kinds of music than the 'normal people' . We learn to appricaate many aspects of a piece of music - the musicianship, the recording, the mix, the mastering....and not JUST waiting for the chorus to sing along to.

That's why I love the song Rock and Roll Children, it kind of reflects the kind of the situation we face.

Well, that;s why I really appreciate a site like this. Let's just forget about the rest and listen/make the music we like.
