Never heard of a hambucker. Do you mean humbucker?

Well, a humbucker does what the name implies. It bucks hum.

In most Strat style guitars you have the Single Coil pickup which is a single row of magnetic pole pieces. This setup usually has a bit of hum. The sound is twangy and is ideal for blues and classic rock.

This setup allows the hum to be canceled out. this gives you a cleaner, fuller sound and higher output which is ideal for metal and distorted sounds. Hope that helps.

Yup it sure does! Has one in the bridge position. The pickup configuration here is SSH (Single, Single, Humbucker). Most Super strats are built this way and offer a little more versatility. Looks like a nice guitar man.

Well, here's a consideration. I don't know the Fernandes brand that well but it seems they may be a little on the low end. I think I read somewhere that Kurt Cobain played one though so they can't be all bad! Since you're into the punk rock thing maybe you would want to consider a higher output humbucker with a bit more quality. The guy from Blink 182 uses a Seymour Duncan Invader exclusively in his Strat. I don't know if that's the sound you're after but it's a thought but for all I know the guitar will sound great stock. Play it for awhile and then make a decision.
