Red Light

The red light indicates that
you stop that you stop
But what if I said it
did not that it did not
Would you believe me?
No I don't think so.

I'm trying to show you
my black eye yeah my black eye
But you can't seem to look
at me no you can't look at me
Just want you to see
But you're too blind.

I want you to know
that I'm trying to
tell you the truth
but you just don't wanna listen
no wonder why I'm so angry
at you so angry.

But still you think it's alright
to touch her and make yourself happy
no wonder why you won't listen
to me when you're too busy
sleeping with them
from the red light district.

Interesting. I can already form a rhythmical pattern with the lyrics which is good and in my mind these lyrics seem to go well a Jack Johnson type of music. I'm not sure if that was what you were going for though.

I really really like the rhythm. And when I read it a second time (to experience the rhythm again), I noticed the words were pretty cool too. Good stuff.
