I suggest y'all check out William Elliot Whitmore. Very tasty. Also love the Clutch (seeing the im Youngstown on the 16th of Sept, and in Charlston WV the following evening) I say the Bakerton Group in Baltimore a coupla weeks ago. That show was killer. I've seen Joe Bonamassa about 5 times as well. Always great live.

Yeah I saw him at Piere's in Ft. Wayne, IN... it was recorded fro one of his DVD's... which is weird... No one records a DVD in Indiana... haha. But it's cool that I get to relive that concert whenever I want. haha. His live shows ARE always amazing.

Do they still play as a trio, or do they bring the keyboard player around for Bakerton now too?

They brought Mick

I dissagree tho I don't find it boring at all. Adds texture.

I met them all after the show and they are all great guys.

theres an underground band called Patent Pending, they put on a real good show. their music isnt great, but it is catchy.

Petrucci had a side project called Liquid Tension Experiment, they're pretty good.

Oppps I guess I read your post incorrectly.

I guess I was tired when I read that

Mick Schauer was indeed with them. I think it fills things out.

Well, there are alot of bands I like that many people havn't heard of...

The Shins (Pretty famous, for Indie)
Belle & Sebastian
Sufjan Stevens (Not a band, but whatever)
Iron and Wine (Also not a band, but who cares)

Alot of the Indie bands. I have to say, I just have simply fallen in love with Indie music.
