Not bad and interesting musical ideas in there. My constructive criticism however, is this:

If you plan on making this an instrumental track then I would try to make the melody sound like it started at one place, has movement and direction, and then arrives at that destination. Right now it just sounds like a real long excerpt of a solo from a Vocal song and it's traveling in circles. Of course....maybe thats what you were going for, since your still working on it I dont know.
