Haha, I couldn't help but laugh at that....
Anyway, what model of guitar is it?
Is the pickup mounted directly onto the body or mounted on a pickguard?

Yeah, a little more info would be nice...
But since you said the screw fell out... and the humbucker is loose... I'm going to assume that it's mounted to a pickguard. Since the mounting screws aren't exposed on a guitar that mounts to the body with mounting screws (Les Paul style).
Like ninja said, try to put it back in... If it doesn't thread in... it's probably because the threads or the hole is stripped. Meaning, you're going to need a different sized screw... and possibly a drill to fix the problem. There may be other solutions depending on the specific guitar that you have. I suggest simply taking it into a guitar shop and having it looked at.

I don't have a pick guard on my guitar but the pickup is in a plastic square. I think it is stripped but I'm not sure if i sould get a bigger one because when i lift the pickup up, i can see a spring or something laying there and i dont want to break anything. Oh and by the way the guitar is a squire m-80. Sorry about the first post.

The pickup is mounted to a ring as you've seen. The screw goes through the middle of the spring into the base of the pickup. You'll need to unscrew the other side and put it all back together. It's easy enough, especially when you can see the other side setup for comparison...
Good Luck... :D
