Took some pics last night to share. This LP is awesome, and I don't regret selling the Ernie Ball to buy it. That's not my amp by the way.....

Neck pup is a 496R and the bridge pup is a 500T. Supposed to be the hottest pup's that Gibson uses (and they are hot). I think they also put these pups in the Flying V's.....

I always wanted a Classic b/c of the pups and the 60's neck. I haven't weighed it yet, but it's around a 18-20 pounder I think....I may be way off though, haha.

We're in the process of booking some studio time to record some new material, so it won't be long and you'll hear it.

Sweet, sweet. Betsy has a 60's neck as well. I think most LP's weigh between 10 and 12 lbs. A twenty pound guitar would be murder during an hour long set.

Yeah, I was exaggerating. Feels like 20 pounds since I've been playing an SG for so long.

Wicked axe. Mine is a tobacco burst classic. I also chose the classic because of the slimmer neck and the pups. Great guitar.

What fine taste you have sir, almost identical to mine, even down to the color. I swapped the PUs out (not that there is anything wrong with the stock PUs !) and put Sperzils on. Damn fine axe !

Sounds great through a JCM2000 too !

Sounds even better through a JCM 800... :D That 2000 in the background isn't mine...

Yeah, I am gonna change out the tuners, but the pups are staying.

Thanks everyone, I'm really happy with it. Just got to get used to that weight.

First I have to say... I'm a Fender man... Stratocaster till I die...

But that LP is almost inspiring enough for me to buy one. I love vintage/vintage reissue guitars! Very nice.

The stock tuners on the classics suck. I swapped mine out after my first show with it. Put some Grovers in, haven't looked back.
