Adding vibrato to bending

Hey everyone. I was just listening to Ex's and Oh's by Atreyu. During the intro of the song, on both of the notes that the lead guitarist bends up, he adds vibrato to it. I have been trying to figure out how to do this for some time now, but with no success. Can anybody help me out?

I've never heard the song so I'm only assuming here but one method is to use one finger to barre two strings..then bend them up and down..using vibrato on both of them.
(that's assuming that the guy didn't double track the notes in the studio or use a whammy bar)
